Simple Woman's Daybook Entry

Outside my window... BEAUTIFUL orange and purple sunset

I am thinking... boy am I tired!!!!

From the learning rooms... a week ahead of assigning school work and caught up on my Esther workbook after being on vacation

I am thankful for...the hmmmm of the fan

From the kitchen...had baked ham with a homemade glaze my sweety cooked up for me and ummmm ummmm it sure was good.

I am wearing...jeans and a light weight long sleeve shirt

I am reading..my Esther work book and we are starting The Love Dare tonight

I am hoping...to get my errands done tomorrow early

I am creating...a framed shadow box type display for KK's souvenir pennies from vacation.

I am hearing...the sounds of silence, the girls' are playing dolls in their room

Around the house...have a bunch of laundry I need to get done tomorrow

One of my favorite things...watching movies with my family

A few plans for the rest of the week...get all the laundry finished, run errands, have KK's 16th birthday family dinner, and get in my Avon order

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

Counting my blessings:
A great day in the big city.
Happy to visit the big city but glad I don't live there.
Thankful to have found a great dress for KK and it was a steal too.
HuHot ROCKS!!
Remembering while hanging out with the "teens" what it was like to be one.

Mood: Tired
Music: None
Weather: Breezy but nice
Dinner: Baked Ham, AuGratin Potatoes, and Glazed Carrots

About Me

My photo
I am SAHM who home schooled her eldest child due to bully issues. We home schooled for four years and it worked out so well. I love to bake and try out new dishes. I love various types of music but, mostly listen to country and praise music. We have family movie and game nights so we love board games and movies. We have a hand full of shows we really enjoy on t.v. as well.
