YAY....Fall is here, it is my favorite season!!
The picture says it all....I have even made it my avatar on FB :) I LOVE this time of year when the temperatures here in Texas become bearable ;) I can then enjoy being outside with the kids', doing fun stuff or working in the yard. I have went back to my walking workout with Love Bug's school being 1.5m from our house. That puts me back at my 3m a day M-F, the difference this year is that it is kicked up. I have to go up and down several good for the heart rate hills and get good and sweaty. Not stepping on the scale till the school year is up though. I tend to make myself anxious when staring at those numbers and give up too easily. I lost 15 pounds last year so I am praying for good results this year as well. I can already feel a difference in the way my clothes are fitting for sure which makes me feel encouraged. Now that the temps. have dropped I can visit another love as well....baking to give as gifts. I love to bake and cook to bless others!! Just love the way the house smells after I have baked for someone! I also love to decorate for the holidays and my little ones get super excited to help me. Right now we are bringing out all the orange we can stand....I actually love muted pumpkin orange and brown together for year round decorating. Have some blueberries in the freezer that need to be baked into something.....hmmmmm thinking some fresh blueberry bread is in order ;)
Happy Fall Y'all :)
